These Terms and Conditions govern the booking of calls, speaking engagements, performances, and related services through this website and associated booking funnels.

By submitting a booking request or scheduling a call, you agree to the following terms.

Welcome to our Terms and Conditions! These boxes aren’t legally binding, you can use them as an aid for understanding the legal language.

1. Scope of Services

This website facilitates:

  • Speaker strategy and alignment calls

  • Booking enquiries for keynote speaking, thought leadership engagements, panels, and moderated conversations

  • Booking enquiries for VNCCII live performances, DJ sets, and experiential appearances

A scheduled call does not constitute a confirmed booking or engagement.

All speaking engagements and performances are subject to availability, alignment, and a separate written agreement.

2. Booking Calls

Scheduled calls are intended for initial assessment and alignment only.

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee acceptance of an engagement.
Samantha Tauber reserves the right to decline engagements that are not aligned with her work, values, or availability.

Please ensure you attend scheduled calls on time. If you need to reschedule, please use the link provided in your confirmation email.

3. Engagement Confirmation

Speaking engagements or performances are confirmed only when:

  • Terms are agreed in writing

  • Fees (where applicable) are agreed

  • A formal agreement or contract is executed

Until this point, no obligation exists on either side.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for speaking engagements, performances, or related services will be outlined separately following an alignment call.

Payment terms, cancellation policies, travel requirements, and technical specifications will be detailed in the engagement agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, concepts, and materials shared by Samantha Tauber or under the VNCCII identity remain her intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Recording, redistribution, or reuse of talks or performances is not permitted without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Samantha Tauber and associated entities shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation in calls, events, or engagements.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for matters that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Changes to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically.

The version in effect at the time of your booking will apply.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
